People living in nearly two dozen units at a multi-family housing complex are out of their homes this weekend, after fire tore through several buildings.
Regina Fire posted to “X,” formerly known as Twitter, that crews were called out to the 1100 block of Wascana Street around 3 a.m. Saturday.
No injuries have been reported, but the department said there’s extensive fire, smoke and water damage in several buildings.
According to the fire department’s post, the mobile crisis unit was on hand to help those whose homes were damaged.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
