A man and a boy are both facing charges of second-degree murder after a death in Regina’s Regent Park neighbourhood on Sunday.
According to police, officers were called to Sherwood Drive just before 2 p.m. on Sunday for reports of an injured man. The victim – identified by police as 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr – was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead. His family has been notified of the death.

Police said Roberts-Orr’s death represents Regina’s first homicide of 2024.
The investigation led police to arrest 24-year-old Isaiah James Dustyhorn and a 17-year-old boy who can’t be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Both are scheduled to appear in court on Monday afternoon.
