A 36-year-old Meadow Lake man was arrested and is now facing charges after police seized drugs and four modified guns from a home in the community on October 20.
The RCMP Crime Reduction Team found 500 grams of meth, 68 grams of cocaine and four modified guns. Two of the guns are banned and one was loaded. They also found a significant amount of cash and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
The man was arrested and charged with several drug charges, gun charges and having the weapons contrary to an order. He also is charged with not complying with release conditions.
He appeared in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on Oct. 23. He will make his next appearance on October 28.
