A man wanted to face a charge of manslaughter after the death of a 33-year-old man on White Bear First Nation on Dec. 3 has been arrested by Regina Police Service (RPS).
RPS said in a news release on Dec. 14 that Dwayne Maxie, 26, was arrested on Dec. 12.

Maxie was wanted, along with Jeremy Whitebear, who was arrested on a second-degree murder charge on White Bear First Nation about 40 kilometres northeast of Estevan on Dec. 7, after the death of 33-year-old Talon Lonethunder.
Maxie is in police custody and scheduled to appear in Estevan Provincial Court on Dec. 16 appear in Estevan Provincial Court on Dec. 9. Whitebear appeared in court on Dec. 9.
