An 81-year-old man from Saskatoon is dead after an SUV and truck collided just north of Hanley on Wednesday.
Saskatoon RCMP said in a news release on Friday that the crash was reported on Highway 11 around 1:50 p.m. on Feb. 5.

Police said the man who died was a passenger of the SUV, and was taken to hospital by STARS where he was declared dead, adding that the man’s family has been notified.
Neither the driver of the SUV nor the driver of the truck reported physical injuries to police.
RCMP said that northbound lanes of Highway11 were temporarily closed and it was continuing to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
