Two 18-year-old men, a 17-year-old boy and two 16-year-old boys are facing robbery and theft charges after the May long weekend.
A slew of robberies in Regina starting on Sunday involved a group that entered a retail business around 2:10 p.m. and damaged a display cabinet and stole the merchandise. They fled the scene, which was located in the 3900 block of Rochdale Boulevard.
Roughly an hour later, in the 2200 block of East Victoria Avenue, they left another store without paying for the merchandise they took.

In the 4400 block of Rochdale Boulevard, another cabinet was damaged, and items were stolen in a third store later that day.
Regina Police Service got a report of a social media marketplace robbery in the 3000 block of Bellegarde Crescent. One of the males exited from a vehicle. The rest of the group stayed in it. The victim handed over a cell phone that was a part of their agreement for purchasing, as the suspect wanted to look at it. However, once the suspect held the device — he ran off with it.
A 22-year-old man was the victim of another social media marketplace meet-up to sell a cell phone around 7:10 p.m. in the 2000 block of Park Street. Police were called and the same group of young men stole the phone.
The five suspects were arrested around 8:35 p.m. at a retail store on Gordon Road. Police found stolen merchandise in their vehicle, believed to be linked to the above thefts.
The five males from Saskatoon were charged with Robbery X3, Theft under $5,000 x2 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
All five had their first appearances in Provincial Court and Provincial Youth Court.
