“Yes, we have. She’s going to finish up her touring this year in Europe, and there are a number of dates in the U.S. They’re going to do a reset, and we’re waiting patiently for her to fulfill her promise to come to Saskatchewan,” said Bennett.

He said that getting the singer to Regina is something they discuss every day at REAL.
“We would obviously love to have it in Mosaic Stadium, and we also see rounding it out, with additional acts that are similar to Chappell Roan, is a work in progress.”
It comes as Bennett said he is “really excited” for 2026 at the REAL District.
“We’re going to be punching well above our weight in reaching out, and we’ve got deep conversations around the live entertainment industry. We’ve got a couple of credible acts we’re working on that have never been to the city before,” he said.
“While I can’t share names just yet. I can promise you, people are talking about Regina as a must-stop destination.”
Bennett also said he is working to improve the guest experience overall.
“Let’s regain a little bit of trust with the community. I’m confident we can do that, and ultimately it is about packing the buildings with more activities on a regular basis.”
Saturday events at REAL District may cause traffic and parking issues
People might notice it might be a bit of a hassle maneuvering around the REAL District in Regina this weekend.
REAL CEO Rick Bennett said on the Greg Morgan Morning Show that it will be very busy on Saturday with several scheduled events, so he encourages people to arrive early.
“Give yourself lots of time to move around, not only in the district, but in the adjacent communities as well; parking is going to fill up quite fast.”
Bennett also encourages people heading to the events not drive and to use alternative transportation.
“We would really encourage (you to) grab the bus, rideshare, carpool. (It) will make your experience a little bit more enjoyable than wrestling with on-site parking.”
Meanwhile, for people who are driving, he said there is extra ground patrol and police officers on site, particularly around the Lewvan exit, to ensure there are more hands on deck, and working with the city to ensure the traffic lights are adjusted.
“We’re ready, but this is going to take some time just to move around the district.”
On-site, paid parking for the Saskatchewan Roughriders game starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m., and will only be in Lot D, which is the only public parking on site.
