Three boys are facing several charges after allegedly robbing a business.
In the early hours of Sept. 14, police were called to a business in the 4100 block of 5th Avenue.

“Information received indicated that a male suspect had pointed a handgun at an employee at the business. A second suspect had threatened a second victim with a bladed weapon,” Regina police said in a statement.
The caller told police that the suspects had fled the scene.
Officers arrived on scene and at approximately 2:50 a.m., one of the suspects was located and arrested at 6th Avenue and Rae Street.
“A search of the suspect, subsequent to arrest, revealed a loaded firearm. A machete was located on the ground a short distance away,” police said.
Some time later, officers arrested two other male suspects in the 1400 block of Wascana Street.
A 12-year-old boy was charged with armed robbery, unauthorized possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a loaded prohibited firearm.
A 13-year-old boy was charged with armed robbery, pointing a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with armed robbery, unauthorized possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.
The youths cannot be named in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
They all appeared in Regina Provincial Youth Court on Monday.
Man allegedly chasing people with machete
A 29-year-old man is facing charges after police were called for a report of a weapons offence involving a machete.
On Sept. 14, just before 4 p.m., police were called to the 2200 block of Lindsay Street, in the Al Ritchie neighbourhood.
“Information received indicated a male suspect was chasing multiple individuals, threatening them with a machete,” police said.
Police found the suspect and arrested him. A machete was found on the ground a short distance away.
The man has been charged with assault with a weapon and failing to comply with a probation order.
He appeared in court on these charges Monday morning.
