A 28-year-old Saskatoon man is facing charges after allegedly hitting a motorcyclist in a Honda Accord and then fleeing from the scene of the crash.
According to police, the crash happened on July 13, at the intersection of Attridge Drive and Berini Drive at around 10:30 p.m.

“A Honda Accord had reportedly struck a motorcycle before the car attempted to leave the scene, striking a light pole and a traffic sign and then getting stuck on a round-about,” the Saskatoon Police Service said in a statement.
“The driver of the car then fled on foot while holding a dog.”
Police said the 27-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries after the crash.
According to a statement released on Thursday, the 28-year-old driver was identified through an investigation and was arrested on July 19. He’s now facing a charge of hit and run causing bodily harm.
