ASU followed the male suspect through a nearby alley to a backyard in the 1100 block of King Street, where the suspect laid down. When police officers were arresting the man, he “became combative with officers, spitting on one of them,” said the Regina Police Service statement.
Police said further investigation revealed the suspect had physically assaulted two victims and threatened to shoot them.
“Two other victims reported they were also threatened by the suspect in this manner,” read the statement.
