The Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) were called to the 1300 block of 8th Street East at around 3 p.m. on Saturday for a report of an injured person.
When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from a stab wound. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

“Further investigation determined that the victim was assaulted and stabbed by four people who then fled the area in a vehicle,” police said.
Officers found the vehicle unoccupied in the 3300 block of Confederation Drive and found a group of people matching the suspect descriptions walking in the area of Fairlight Drive and Fairmont Drive.
All four people were arrested without incident.
A 40-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault and two counts of failing to comply with court-ordered conditions.
A 38-year-old woman has been charged with possession of a bear spray, fraudulent personation and failure to comply with court-ordered conditions.
Two 23-year-old men were also charged with failing to comply with court-ordered conditions.
Teenage boy charged following weekend stabbing
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with aggravated assault after someone was found suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Police were called to the 200 block of 2nd Avenue South just after midnight on Saturday for a report of an injured person.
When officers arrived, they found a male suffering from several stab wounds. He was taken to hospital with what police believe to be non-life-threatening injuries.
“Further investigation determined that an altercation had occurred between the suspect and victim when the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times,” police said.
Officers found the suspect in the 100 block of 4th Avenue South shortly after. He had a folding knife.
The teenager has also been charged with possession of a weapon to commit an offence and unauthorized carry of a concealed weapon.
Saskatoon police investigate Friday afternoon assault
Police said a man was walking in the 300 block of Avenue H South when he was approached by two people believed to be known to him and assaulted him with a bladed weapon and a stick.
This happened at around 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
When police arrived, the man was suffering from various, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspects fled the area.
Members of the Serious Assault Unit are continuing to investigate.
