Chris Fahlman’s preliminary hearing dates have been set for this fall.
His hearing will start on Oct. 21 at the Weyburn Provincial Court.

The 42-year-old Regina man is facing charges in connection with the shooting death of Tanya Myers.
Tanya Myers, 44, was fatally shot in the passenger seat of a Ford Explorer travelling on Highway 39 near Weyburn on Sept. 12. RCMP confirmed the autopsy results showed she was shot.
Fahlman is facing second-degree murder and intentionally discharging a firearm while being reckless to the life or safety of another person, related to the fatal shooting of Myers.
Fahlman was arrested on Gordon Road in Regina nearly two months after police began investigating Myers’ death on Sept.
Fahlman has been in custody since his arrest on Nov. 1.
