A 16-year-old boy has been charged with assault with a weapon after an attack in the Walsh Acres neighbourhood on Thursday.
Regina Police Service (RPS) said in a news release on March 20 that officers were called to a home on Murphy Crescent on March 19, where they found a man with a stab wound. He was taken to hospital by paramedics with what police said appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

RPS said the victim told officers he was inside the home when five people arrived and began knocking loudly on the door. The victim went outside and a fight began. The victim told police that he was bear-sprayed and stabbed before the group ran off.
Police said they arrested the 16-year-old shortly after, and he is scheduled to make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Youth Court on May 6.
Man sent to hospital after pedestrian collision
A collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian in the North Central neighbourhood on Saturday is being looked into by Regina police.
RPS said officers were told about the collision at 5th Avenue and Rae Street around 4:40 a.m. on Saturday and one person was taken to hospital by paramedics with what they said was serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Roads in the area were closed while the investigation was begun but reopened later that morning and police said investigation into the circumstances of the collision are ongoing.
