RPS said that officers were called to the area of Albert Street and 22nd Avenue just after 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, after receiving a report of a single vehicle rollover.
Police said officers found a vehicle on its side in the front yard of a home in the 3200 block of Albert Street. The driver was assessed by paramedics and not taken to hospital.
RPS said their investigation had found the vehicle had been hit by the Honda Civic, which fled the scene, causing the driver to lose control and roll.
Police said that there were many vehicles in the area at the time and are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash or moments leading up to it to call 306-777-6500.
