There’s plenty to do in Regina this fall, and the city is helping residents connect with arts and recreation programs through the Fall 2026 Leisure Guide, which was released on Tuesday.
“With more than 1,500 arts, adapted, wellness and recreation programs available this fall, we’re making it easier than ever for residents to get moving, learn something new and build healthy habits,” Diana Burton, Regina’s director of recreation & cultural services, said in a statement.

“From preschool programs to adult fitness and adapted recreation opportunities, the Fall Leisure Guide offers activities that help make Regina a vibrant and active community.”
The city said it is offering several new programs this fall, including Learn to Lift, a two-hour class offered at the Fieldhouse designed to teach participants how to use strength and conditioning equipment, and the Rise & Grind early morning drop-in class.
Preschool engineering makers at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre will teach children ages three to five how to build and upgrade models, and a free six-week wheelchair curling program geared toward beginners starts this week at the Caledonian Curling Club.
“Classes fill up quickly, so residents are encouraged to register early and make sure to add classes to their Wish List before registration day,” the city added.
“By verifying their address, residents gain access to class registration early and pay lower fees than non-residents. Verification can be done with valid photo ID at any City of Regina leisure facility or at the August 5 Regina Farmers’ Market pop up. Residents only need to verify their current address once.”
Registration opens Aug. 11 for verified Regina residents and Aug. 18 for non-residents. Details of the guide can be found on the City of Regina’s website.
