Police said a search of the taxi’s trunk led to the discovery of a duffle bag containing a loaded semi-automatic shotgun.
The man is facing several weapons-related charges and a charge of failing to comply with a probation order. He made his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Wednesday.
