Country music legend Dolly Parton has died at the age of 80, according to her family.
Her nephew Brian Seaver made the announcement in a video on Instagram.

Parton had posted an update on her health on Friday, Aug. 21, acknowledging a recent decline in her health. Parton is being remembered as the best-selling female country artist of all time, with more than 160 million records sold.
Her hit songs include “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You” and “9 to 5.” She also starred in movies such as Rhinestone, Steel Magnolias and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
