Regina police responded to a report of a robbery in the 1300 block of Saskatchewan Drive on Wednesday night.
Police said the caller reported a group of people assaulted a man, and one member of the group appeared to be hitting the victim with a gun.

The victim confirmed that a group had assaulted and robbed him before running away. He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police, officers located and arrested two of the suspects nearby. A third was found near Halifax Street and 11th Avenue with the help of surveillance footage. Police said the suspect was in possession of a CO2 firearm.
A 24-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and a 28-year-old man are charged with robbery. The 28-year-old is also charged with failing to comply with a probation order and firearm-related offences.
The three men made their first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on Thursday morning.
Two charged following assault and robbery
Early Thursday morning, police responded to a robbery at a business in the 4200 block of Dewdney Avenue.
Police said a man and woman attempted to steal merchandise from a store and assaulted a staff member. The man fled on a bicycle and the woman ran.
Officers located the male suspect and arrested him. The female suspect was arrested after she returned to the area where the incident happened.
The 38-year-old man is charged with robbery, resisting arrest and failing to comply with a probation order. The 38-year-old woman is charged with robbery. Both were scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
