Queen City Gymnastics – Fall Rec. Registration

Registration for Fall classes is now open!

Queen City Gymnastics has been an active non-profit in Regina for over 30 years and has a long tradition of gymnastics excellence in both competitive and recreational gymnastics.

At Queen City Gymnastics, we have NCCP trained and certified coaches at your disposal.  Our coaches regularly participate in workshops and development sessions to ensure they are following industry best practices in terms of spotting and athlete safety.

Queen City Gymnastics is the only gym in the city following Gymnastics Canada's CANGYM program including progressive skill testing, report cards and badge progression. Their class sizes are kept small and are in keeping with Gym Sask regulations of a 1:6 ratio for pre-school classes and a 1:10 ratio for older age groups. Quite often they have an extra coach on the floor to step in on certain apparatus or when class sizes get too challenging for one coach to handle.

Queen City Gymnastics also regularly scouts for its competitive female program and offers free trial days for its male program. At Queen City Gymnastics they have over 75 competitive athletes including many training at the national level. Queen City Gymnastics is the only gym in Regina that has a male competitive program and has female artistic training at the higher levels.
