Angus Fox, 32, and Herb Fox, 34, were arrested on Wednesday for their roles in the homicide of a 22-year-old man. Angus is charged with first-degree murder. Herb is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

The body of 22-year-old Wahkia Ewalk was found in Marshall Crescent on May 30 and police are looking for exterior video footage from anyone living with the area of a map supplied by Regina police.

Late last week, the City had to ask residents to voluntarily conserve water and refrain from using itself as the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant was getting critical upgrades.

REAL is seeking to assign the existing lease, saying the recommendation "supports renewal, ensures financial stability, and brings long-term value ... by activating underused space."
