Working at homestead bar a vin for the last 5 years, where I discovered my passion for cooking and wine. Cooking is therapeutic for me, even when I am super busy…I have lot respect for all the amazing chefs that I meet and worked with in the last few years.
Lucky for me, that I work in a place where I can drink and learn about wine!
I am originally from Papantla, Mexico where I earned my first degree in communication and sciences and a Masters in administrative engineering. After a long time working in Mexico in petroleum industry, I started my new adventure in Canada where I met my husband Jon and we started a new life together. I never imagined I would have a life in Canada but it happened and now I am a very happy mom!
