Two people are dead following a two-vehicle crash near Springside Tuesday afternoon.
RCMP say an SUV heading north collided with a semi traveling east at the intersection of Highways 16 and 47 near Springside around 1:30 p.m.
A man and woman from Moose Jaw in the SUV died at the scene. Both were 73 years old. The semi driver, a 35-year-old man from Wadena, was not hurt.
Traffic was diverted from the scene throughout the evening; it was reopened by 11 p.m.
