Two people have been charged with attempted murder after a weapons offence in Regina on Saturday.
According to the Regina Police Service, officers responded at about 4:45 p.m., to Krauss Street for a weapons call. When they arrived, they found a 30-year-old man with serious injuries outside of a house.
He was taken to hospital by paramedics.
The subsequent investigation led to the identification of suspects, which resulted in an emergency services operation on Wolfe Place on Sunday. At that time, two suspects were arrested.
A 22-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman, both of Regina, are charged with attempted murder using a firearm. The man also was charged with possession of a firearm while prohibited from doing so.
The accused appeared in court Tuesday.
