A 29-year-old man has been identified as Regina’s 13th murder victim of 2021.
The body of Ahi S. Ebrotie was found Sunday just before 6 a.m., outside a condo on the 2100 block of Heseltine Road.
The Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit took over the investigation into Ebrotie’s death. Police didn’t release any other details.
