Iceville opening delayed again due to cold snap

Skaters hoping to hit the ice at Mosaic Stadium are going to have to wait another day.

In a tweet Friday, Evraz Place announced the opening of Iceville is being pushed back to Sunday due to the cold weather.

The opening originally was scheduled for Friday, but it was delayed until Saturday. Now it’s set for Sunday, when the daytime high in Regina is expected to be -5 C.

Anyone who had a booking for New Year’s Day can get a refund. Bookings can be made here for Sunday and future dates.
