A woman’s death in Regina, which was initially considered suspicious, is now being treated as a homicide.
Police were called to a home on Ottawa Street Sunday evening, where they found the body of an adult woman. Her name and age have not been released, but police said her next of kin have been notified.

The case was deemed a homicide after an initial investigation by police and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, police said, making it Regina’s seventh homicide of 2023.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation was urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
