A multi-vehicle crash has police in Regina requesting drivers avoid a section of Ring Road.
In a statement issued just before 11:30 a.m., Police said officers and firefighters are at the scene of a crash involving multiple vehicles in the southbound lanes of Ring Road’s 600 block, in between McDonald Street East and Ross Avenue East.
Few details of the crash were shared, but police asked drivers to avoid the area and said updates will be shared once more information is available.

“Officers are also responding to other motor vehicle accidents along Ring Road,” the police service added.
“Drivers are being asked to slow down and be aware that winter conditions are present at this time which includes icy and slippery sections on roadways.”
