Four people are facing gun charges after “loud sounds consistent with (gunshots)” coming from a home in the 900 block of Athol Street led to a police call.
Police said officers were dispatched to the home at around 4:20 p.m. on Thursday.
“Police arrived and checked the residence, finding a recently broken window,” the police service explained in a statement.

The four occupants of the home were arrested, police said. All four have been charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, while three are accused of discharging a firearm in a reckless manner.
The four suspects made their first court appearances on Friday morning, police noted.
