Two men were arrested on Monday morning after allegedly firing a gun at a woman while she was in a vehicle.
According to police, officers were called to the 800 block of Angus Street at around 7:15 a.m. where they spoke to the victim, who was unhurt, and began canvassing the area.
“Within a short amount of time, police located two males who fit the suspect description walking eastbound on the 1100 block of Rae Street,” the Regina Police Service explained in a statement. “Both males were arrested without incident.”

The two suspects were carrying a sawed-off shotgun and a machete when they were arrested, police said.
Both men – ages 19 and 20 – are charged with discharging a firearm in a reckless manner. The older man is facing additional charges related to possession of weapons and breaching a probation order.
The men were scheduled to appear in Regina Provincial Court on Tuesday morning.
