SaskPower outage closes Saskatoon’s Cosmo centre, arena, library

Cosmo Civic Centre, Cosmo Arena and Carlyle King Library will remain closed until Sunday after a SaskPower outage on Saturday afternoon.

The City of Saskatoon said in a news release the outage only affected the three city facilities in Confederation Park and power had been restored but due to the length of the outage, additional time was needed to bring operations back to full capacity.

The three facilities will remain closed until tomorrow and the city said it would provide update on reopening times on Sunday.
