The City of Saskatoon says its water main upgrade project along Acadia Drive is taking longer than expected to complete, but residents in the area will no longer need to worry about their water pressure dropping.
The city said the project is now expected to be completed “during the week of June 16, barring weather delays and unforeseen circumstances.”

The remaining work consists of roadway restoration and paving, so the city said residents can still expect to deal with construction-related noise, dust and vibration, with workers at the site daily between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
“The City thanks residents for their patience and cooperation while this important work is completed,” the City of Saskatoon said in a statement.
