A man who was wanted by police in connection with an aggravated assault in Regina was arrested Wednesday.
In a media release, the Regina Police Service said 20-year-old Warren Crane had been arrested Wednesday morning.
He was charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and failing to comply with the conditions of a release order.
The charges stem from an incident early Friday, when there reportedly was an altercation in an apartment on the 1400 block of Rae Street. A 42-year-old woman was taken to hospital with stab wounds.
He’s to appear in court Thursday.
