Three people are facing charges after RCMP officers raided a home in La Ronge, seizing drugs and firearms in the process.
According to the Saskatchewan RCMP, officers searched the home last Wednesday as part of an investigation. During the search, police said officers seized roughly 149 grams of cocaine, three firearms, two prohibited magazines, a “significant amount of ammunition,” paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking and “a large sum of cash.”

Police said three people from La Ronge and Air Ronge – ages 61, 47 and 42 – are facing charges related to drugs and firearms.
The younger two suspects were charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, while the older suspect was charged with unsafe storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm.
