Regina police are starting a murder investigation after a man died in the North Central neighbourhood.
Police said they got a call around 4 p.m. on Thursday and headed to the 1300 block of Retallack Street.
“Officers arrived, and located the body of an adult male, who was transported by EMS to the Regina General Hospital and was later confirmed deceased,” police said in a statement.

Police said they would not release the man’s name at this point in the investigation. The Saskatchewan Coroners Service was also on the scene after it was secured.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation was asked to contact the Regina Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
